I am the receptionist at Aerokick .My role involves being the first point of contact when kids and parents come to visit ,I welcome them and take them on a tour of our gymn by showing them the different rooms and classes that are taught .I promote the club and inform potential and new clients of all the different packages .I help with the sign up process answer any questions and ensure all details are correct .As part of my role I engage with parents in regards to their children's needs and support ,we are a inclusive provision and ensure all are included .I am the point of call for parents if they have any concerns or want to raise a complaint .I am first aid trained therefore if needed will administer first aid .
