Group or Individual Training sessions
For some training 1:1 is more preferable than a class basis. This could be a precursor to building the confidence to take part in classes.
This is where your PT will gain full knowledge of your fitness and nutritional requirements and arrange a bespoke programme for you.
Your PT will be responsible for the correct exercises you will do in your programme as well as your motivation, goal setting and progression to succeed. Feel free to ask or question anything within the session that you do not understand or may be uncomfortable about.
